Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and online payments. Late payments may result in additional charges.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
5. Access to Property
Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property, it may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Liability
While we take great care in our work, My Maid Brigade is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the property. Clients are responsible for securing fragile or valuable items. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We use eco-friendly cleaning products to ensure the safety of your family and pets. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, please inform us in advance.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties.
